TDS offers an independent dispute service, aiming to resolve any dispute quickly, without any need for court action.

When you contact us, we will ask you to please confirm your full details and specify:

 

  • whether you require un/furnished

     accommodation?

  • your budget?
  • preferred type of property and location?
  • who will be the occupants of property?
  • the date when you require a property

 

What’s the process once you have found a suitable property?

 

We will put forward your details to the landlord for consideration. The landlord’s decision will be based upon the information provided by you as a prospective tenant and a credit check. At this stage you will be asked to pay an administrative fee of £90(£75.00 plus vat) and fill in an application form click here for application form providing all your financial details including Salary and Sources of Income; and Previous Landlord information.

 

As soon as your application has been accepted, we will draw up the relevant documentation which will form the basis of the tenancy agreement. The tenant will be required to provide a deposit equivalent to one months rent before the contract is drawn up then one months rent in advance. 18 is the minimum age requirement for prospective tenants.
