Gold Management Package - why not give yourself total piece of mind and leave everything to us? We will do everything from finding and referencing tenants, setting up the tenancy, managing, arranging maintenance, collecting the rent and inspecting the property.
Silver Management Package - we market, introduce, credit reference and vet prospective Tenants and prepare the legal documentation, and hand over to the Landlord, after collecting the first months rent and deposit, registering the Tenants deposit and preparing the inventory, check-in and check-out reports, enabling us to deal with any Deposit dispute at the end of the tenancy.
Bronze Management Package This is our most basic and cheapest service. The Landlord conducts their own viewings, inventory, check-in and check-out report; registers the Tenants deposit, informs the Utilities of meter readings and change of occupiers and after introduction deals with all Tenants enquiries. We are unable to deal with any Deposit disputes with this package.
